1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services provided by Agentix 360 ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Our Services

Agentix 360 provides custom AI automation solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Workflow automation using tools like n8n and Make.com.
  • Document AI processing and data extraction.
  • Custom AI agents and chat interfaces (e.g., WhatsApp bots, website widgets).
  • Automated reporting and analytics pipelines.

We offer a free 45-minute audit to prospective clients. Any ongoing build, deployment, or retainer services will be governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful deployment of our automation systems, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary software, APIs, and business data.
  • Ensure you have the legal right to process and automate the data you provide to us.
  • Not use our automation systems for spam, illegal activities, or in violation of third-party terms of service (e.g., WhatsApp Business policies).

4. Third-Party APIs & AI Models

Our solutions heavily rely on third-party platforms (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Supabase, and various CRM APIs). We are not responsible for:

  • Outages, latency, or API changes introduced by these third parties.
  • Changes in pricing or usage limits imposed by third-party vendors.
  • Any AI "hallucinations" or unexpected outputs generated by Large Language Models (LLMs), though we implement strict system prompts and guardrails to minimize these risks.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a custom build, the specific logic, prompts, and workflows designed for your business become your property. However, Agentix 360 retains the rights to our base frameworks, reusable code snippets, and general operational methodologies used to build the systems.

6. Payment Terms

Our initial 45-minute audit is 100% free with no obligation. For actual builds and monthly operations retainers, pricing and payment schedules will be outlined in your specific proposal. Failure to pay invoices may result in the suspension of active automation workflows or retainer support.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agentix 360 builds systems to optimize your workflows, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use of our automation systems. You are responsible for reviewing automated actions, especially those involving financial transactions or sensitive client communications.
